ESUMESTUDIO has a 14-day returns policy:

You have 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order to return it to our returns centre for a refund.

They must be sent in their original condition and unused (original packaging, accessories, label, etc.), using the documents provided in the parcel.

Your are responsible for shipping and customs costs associated with returning any item.

Gift cards cannot be refunded.

The product(s) must be returned to our warehouse in Belgium.

To receive a refund: Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review.

Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed. 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether or not your refund has been approved.

ESUMESTUDIO reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the above conditions. Returns that do not comply with our policy may be returned to the original shipping address at our discretion.

If your request is accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable nor any duties or taxes incurred.
